Check upcoming wipes for all our servers. You can browse months and see details for each wipe.
How do wipes work?
On the first Thursday of each month, a Full Wipe is performed on all servers at 20:00 (Madrid, Spain) coinciding with the official game update.
Other wipes may be map only or Full Wipe depending on the server. Check here for dates and details.
Times are shown in your local timezone automatically.
F7 Reports in Action
When you report a suspicious player by pressing F7 in-game, we automatically capture the most recent combat logs of both players.
Our 3D viewer allows us to analyze every hit received and dealt, showing exactly where shots impacted on both players.

These are the questions other players ask us. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can ask on Discord or open a ticket on our website.
It is strictly forbidden to ask other players with Queue Skip to share the map with you early. Doing so may result in sanctions, such as a ban on Discord or even on the servers themselves.
If you want to see the map early and enjoy other benefits, you can purchase a Queue Skip for that server and you will have early access to view the map for upcoming wipes.
