How do wipes work?
On the first Thursday of each month, a Full Wipe is performed on all servers at 20:00 (Madrid, Spain) coinciding with the official game update.
Other wipes may be map only or Full Wipe depending on the server. Check here for dates and details.

For this system to work correctly, it is essential that you were fully connected and standing inside the server before the drop. If the disconnection occurs while you are waiting in the queue or during the entry process (before actually being inside the game), the system cannot be applied, since we do not have information about the SteamID of players in the queue, only the total number.
Make sure to rejoin within 15 minutes of the disconnection. If more time passes, you will have to wait in the queue again like any other player, or get a Queue Skip from our store to avoid the wait.
