LATAM deserves a wipe at its level
We are considering opening a vanilla server in São Paulo, Brazil, to bring RustSpain closer to the Latin American community. Before launching, we need to measure real support, choose a format, and bring in creators who can give it life from day one.
Community first, server later
We do not want to open a server just to see it die after two weeks. We want to validate interest, schedules, creators, staff, and format before taking on a serious monthly cost.
Vanilla in Community
The initial launch would be in the Community tab. Official status depends on Facepunch, although we will request it if support is strong.
São Paulo as the entry point
We are looking at BBHost for its LATAM presence and because it is one of the most reliable providers for this step.
Around 400 euros/month
We want to cover the cost with queue skips at a price adapted to the region's economic reality.
Which wipe do you prefer to start?
We want to launch the server with the format that makes the most sense for LATAM.
We need to measure POP before launching
There is no launch date yet. If the vote, creators, and community push hard, we will take the next step with more confidence.
Creators with LATAM queue skip
Creators who support the project will get lifetime queue skip on this LATAM server and any future LATAM servers we open.
Thursday Main or Monday Mondays
This is the first decision that most shapes the launch. That is why the vote is central to the page.
Voices that can push the project
We will give visibility to creators who support the launch and, as thanks, lifetime queue skip on RustSpain LATAM servers.
If you are a LATAM content creator and want to help us with this goal, open a ticket in the General category of any server from rustspain.com/support/tickets/create. Tell us your socials, SteamID, and how you would like to support the launch.
Want to help from the inside?
If LATAM moves forward, we will need more moderators and admins to cover schedules, reports, and support. Applications are already open.
